The house has a spacious living room with kitchen and dining room and a playroom for children on the ground floor, with a bathroom and a spacious covered terrace. Upstairs there are three comfortable bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet, sauna and balcony. The interior of the house impresses with its wooden elements and bright, calming tones.

The landscaped yard with an area of ​​2,000 square meters provides plenty of space for playing and relaxing. There you will find a playhouse, a swing, a slide and outdoor games, as well as a large pool with a shower and comfortable deckchairs.

Upravo smo se vratili s dva prekrasna tjedna u Sunrise Hillu Pregrada, to je sjajna kuća s fantastičnim pogledom. Kuća je velika, čista, nova i moderna. Tamo smo se stvarno opustili. Odlična degustacija vina i supermarket Spar udaljeni su 3 minute vožnje. Topla pekara Pekara Zagorje udaljena je 5 minuta, što svakako preporučamo! Istražili smo područje e-biciklom, koji je eBikeTour dostavio do kuće, također ste dobili GPS rutu što je bilo vrlo zabavno i jednostavno. Išli smo i na vožnju buggyjem u Zagrebu s Quad Adventureom što je također bilo super zabavno. Što se restorana tiče, preporučujemo restoran Kramberger u Krapini (13 minuta). Ova kuća i okolica savršeni su ako želite pobjeći od užurbanosti svakodnevnog života. Vlasnici su vrlo ljubazni, uslužni i pristupačni. Imamo jednu malu zamjerku, a to su otirači koji nisu protuklizni pa smo se ponekad poskliznuli na njima. Sve ostalo je bilo super! Na odlasku smo dobili lijepu torbu sa zgodnim gadgetima koji su bili personalizirani logom sunrise hill. To je bilo jako lijepo, hvala. :)

Naš boravak je bio uistinu izvrstan. Sunrise Hill je vrlo ugodan i okruženje je prekrasno. Tako opuštajuće mjesto okruženo nevjerojatnim krajolikom. Kuća ima sve što vam je potrebno... Ako se želite opustiti i odvojiti od svijeta na nekoliko ili više dana - ovo je savršeno mjesto! Kuhinja i roštilj sa svim bitnim stvarima plus sauna i bazen ... Ne mogu se sjetiti nijedne stvari koja bi ovo mjesto učinila boljim. I naravno, odličan domaćin koji uvijek vrlo brzo reagira. Toplo bih preporučio ovo mjesto za ugodan odmor i nadam se da ću se vratiti u ne tako dalekoj budućnosti. Viola V.

Imali smo ugodan boravak u Sunrise Hillu! Kuća je lijepa, čista i ima sve što vam je potrebno za uživanje u odmoru. Kad smo stigli, dobili smo lokalno vino, a nakon nekoliko dana čak i nekoliko svježih rajčica ravno iz njihova vrta. Nakon nekoliko tjedana morali smo opet kući, a i tada su nas opet iznenadili. Dali su nam poklon. Sada jedino što trebamo učiniti je pronaći lijepu biljku koja pristaje u lonac. Hvala vam još jednom na ovom nevjerojatnom boravku!!! Nadam se da ćemo se uskoro ponovno vidjeti!
