The special atmosphere of this villa is obtained in the winter period of the year when you can enjoy the perfect winter idyll of Zagorje hills with the atmosphere of one of the indoor or outdoor fireplaces.
We highlight the outdoor covered terrace with a summer kitchen that is fully equipped for preparing any specialty. The villa has 3 bedrooms , 2 with a large double bed and 1 with two single beds.
For the entertainment of your little ones, we have provided a children’s playground with swings, equipment for backgammon and Play Station 4. Many of our guests can’t wait for nightfall to enjoy the special atmosphere created by the indirect lights that illuminate the surroundings of the villa.
We especially emphasize
Villa Nina is specially designed as a wellness and spa area. A Jacuzzi for 5 people, a sauna and a swimming pool with heated water with a beautiful view of the mountains of Zagorje provide a perfect rest and escape from everyday hectic life.
The villa consists of 4 bedrooms (two with two double beds and two with two classic beds), and each of them has a private toilet and bathroom.
For the youngest, we have prepared Play Station 4, table tennis, table football and a large number of sports props.
The villa’s offer is especially enchanting in the summer due to the large glass wall that can be opened and thus enables the spa zone to best combine the interior and the surroundings of the villa.

Villa Pačetina is about 10 minutes away from the Aquae Vivae thermal baths. The Aquae Vivae water park is the only facility of a thermal swimming pool in Croatia that was completely built from the ground up in this century and opened in 2015. and fills its pools with natural, spring, healing, thermomineral water at a temperature of 41° C. Natural, healing, thermomineral water in its spring composition is available to every visitor.
Museums and castles
If the walls in the castles could talk, they would surely tell us the most beautiful stories about exciting history, the lives of decadent nobles and daring thieves, stories about adventure, loyalty and survival. You don’t need more than a 15-minute drive to visit one of the castles of Croatian Zagorje or the famous museum of Krapina Neanderthals.
E-bike, quod and gastronomy
With a prior arrangement, we offer E-bike and quods rental with which you can experience all the beauty of the Croatian Zagorje in a special way along well-maintained roads. In the immediate vicinity of the villa, only a 10-minute drive away, there are many renowned and well-known restaurants that offer local food, some of which have Michelin stars. You can ask the host for recommendations for all of the above.
